Dear ferdinand,
It is nice to hear that u said we are a team. I hope so. No one can live alone on this planet as a socio species. we open to build a friendship.
But i want to tell u that i've not enough good in English. Btw, i still love my indonesia because this is my native language n i still life in this country.
We have same idea about the theme to build micro enterprise as entry point ur said "is base on micro-enterprise as an entry point. We believe that creating a positive economic condition would make the program being introduced sustainable and will not need cosmetic application to make it look artificially good". As youth we totally express our idea to this thing we have a lot if idea that we wish God bless us to do them.
Btw modern era have ever made us to become a "consumtive" person. I wish become a wise person but who knows n who can stop it, could we ?.
We are wish for every action will we do next is a long road to fulfill our organization mission such as to prosperous local community to build their own sustainable bussiness. We are only somebody who give a motivation, push to do the wise things on. We are no thing. We are only a drop of water in ocean "kami hanyalah Laksana setitik air masuk ke dalam samudera".
About the recruitment we are very need it such as about the trainer n also training for trainer. But there is also a problem how we can pay them ?. How we can "memfasilitasinya" in the middle of small budget for our action for this project.
